Shipping
We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of orders with some exceptions due to size/weight considered on a case by case basis.
Returns
The cost of returning products to us is incurred at a cost of £5 per single return package which we will deduct from an y refund amount.
Exchanges
We cover the cost of the exchanged item but not the cost of returning.
